Common Questions
FAQs
Do you accept insurance?
We are an out-of-network provider. We can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.
Where do sessions take place?
Sessions are held in natural settings throughout the Duluth, MN area — trails, lakeshores, rivers, and parks. When outdoor access is limited, we can arrange alternative settings.
What if I've never done therapy before?
That's completely fine — many of our clients are new to counseling. Our nature-based approach is designed to feel approachable, especially for those who find traditional therapy uncomfortable.
How long are sessions?
Standard sessions are 50–60 minutes. Intensive retreat formats are available for those seeking deeper, immersive experiences over multiple days.
Do you work with youth?
Yes. Wild Wellness has decades of experience working with youth and adolescents, particularly boys who benefit from active, outdoor-based approaches.
