When the Weekly Hour Isn't Enough
Some healing requires more than 50 minutes a week. Retreats create an extended container — days rather than hours — where the nervous system can truly settle, defenses can soften, and genuine transformation becomes possible.
Wild Wellness retreats are held in the Boundary Waters, along Lake Superior's North Shore, and in the forests and rivers surrounding Duluth. Each is led by experienced health rangers trained in trauma-informed, nature-based care.
